Casa Memorială Constantin Stamate

A writer who enriched Romanian literature through his works, through the works “The Lord of Moldavia”, “Suceava and Alexander the Good 15th century”, “About Bessarabia and its ancient cities”, “Stephen the Great VI and his brave sword Arbore ”, Etc.

He was a member of the Romanian literary society and a member of the Imperial Society of History and Antiquities of Odessa. In addition, he was a member of the Society of Physicians and Naturalists of Iasi, spoke Russian, Greek and French, and held several important positions in Chisinau.

The museum has 350 items, including: furniture, books, photographs, newspapers and magazines.
